Hold down as many keys as you can, for example A S D F J K L. Cheaper keyboards often stop at 3 to 6 (some combinations fail even sooner); gaming keyboards register them all.
Other keys
Some keys never reach a web page: fn on a Mac (drawn dashed), and often media keys and system shortcuts like ⌘ Tab, Alt Tab or Ctrl Alt Del. Not seeing those here is normal.
